weighlifing is vary good, it tones mucles and does burn fat, belive it or not, yes it does.
The only thing with muscle traning is that it sore....so when it gets sore, apply cold, ice packs to the muscles and then after that jump in a hot tub, or put heat on it....believe me heat feels WONDERFUL on sore muscles and then a massage.
Why don't post, what you want to do for exercise here on babble...or...any other website that is supportive, or just journal it and keep track and motivated to keep doing it. Even though im posting all this stuff, to help... i do need to get to the gym...thats maybe an idea for me too....go back on a liquid diet
