i read your post....repetition, and accuracy is what makes perfection, then speed will come later. I looked up some math websites that may could help you on this....because i know math is tedious, simple math, and then algebra, and calculus are more analysis thinking, and require more than just repetition....its more compliated.
So here are some websites i googled:

http://www.mathplanet.com/and this one you can pick which grade of math is learned, example, 1st-12th grade....
http://www.visualmathlearning.com/keep doing it, and keep telling yourself "this is intresting, i like doing this" even thought you may not, you can trick the brain into liking something it doesnt like.
