thats good seriously......why don't you keep a note, cardio is good for cirulation and blood flow, healthy heart, and is good for weight management, weights are good for toning the body, making the muscle shape the body.....
i've beeen a on a liquid diet before, pure high protein shakes for 3 1/2 weeks and lost 20lbs....liquid diets are fast for weight loss....but if you don't have a problem with weight, weightlifing is maybe better....because toning the muscles is gonna reshape the body.
definetly get more protein, there are some supplements that support muscle growth at the health food stores, i have to look them up first....i just know there is supplements
keep the carbs at moderate amounts....not high but not too low....
kick it, go for what you want...goal time!
