ok...maybe you could cut down, but still i understand, when i want a beer....i have a beer, and i don't think its serious problem when someone has couple beers, it turns into a problem when someone can't stop, having 3 shot of tequila, then 6 and it keeps on going until alcohol blackout....thats what i learned going to Alcoholics Anynamous meetings....can't stop, but just maybe slow down, have a beer once and a while....and yea...don't feel bad about it.
the only way to start wanting to excersise is getting that endorphin feeling or a runners high....start pushing maybe to run or jog and get that healthy stimulation from rapid blood flow....thats what gives the runner's high....also there's a thing to do where you trick the brain into thinking it likes excerise, just keep telling yourself "i love doing this, i love doing this" even thought how much i hate vigorous running....it does work
