yea....im fast to react in anger alot, with things being said to me, either if they where joking terms, i can get vary mad easily if people say things the wrong way...
but maybe for your case you can learn to program, or know what will happen wben similar things happen in the future....there's a term i go by, "not hoping for the best, not being bothered by the worst" which is not really a "encouraging" term, but it helps me cope with really bad situations that happen, being ready for the worst, both in a relationship, and events in life....
but its not a healthy way to think, but one way is maybe to slow down to those terms, im a failure, it will never work out....and map it out, just like alex said...im not a therapist but doing a bit of thinking on learning to be more optimistic on things that get on the nerves. I am a pessimist, i see things negative, even when they are positive, i see through it and see negative unpleasant, depressing projections, thinking whats the first thing that will go wrong.....
but anyways, im ranting a bit, maybe learn to have slow to anger.....and thoughts....
same here to me....
