To be quite honest with you, I don't know exactly where I stand with histamine levels. I've never had them checked. I'm just assuming I have high levels because one, I react badly to folate. Two, I have a very high libido, and three, I tend to do best with magnesium/calcium, vitamin C, and vitamin B6 all of which help a person with high histamine levels. Also, I feel better when I don't supplement with either vitamin B12 or Niacin, both of which would be better for a person with low histamine (histapenia).
