Hi, could you tell me a little more about histamine levels and the B vitamins? What are the symptoms of histamine being too high or low, or do you need a blood test? Also, I have heard that Lamictal lowers folic acid. My supplement only contains 400mcg, and then I try to get more folate in my diet. What are the symptoms of low folate levels? Thank you I also enjoy your posts.

It all depends on what your body requires or is deficient. For example, some people are deficient in B12 and/or folic acid and get better when they supplement with either of these. Note that B12 and folic acid affect histamine levels, so if your histamine is already high, you may not like these two, especially folic acid. If your histamine levels are low, B12 and folic acid are good for balancing the histamine levels.
