Abnormal copper levels could cause psychological problems. Have your levels ever been tested? How is your liver functioning? There are so many things that can cause low mood. Have you had blood tests to rule out any metabolic problems? Are you on any antidepressant medications? Sometimes they help. Do you have any other health problems that could potentially affect your mood?
I think the supplements you mentioned are good ones to take. However, they probably won't make you set the world on fire. They are good for you, though. The fish oil is very good. Certain high dose B vitamins, like B6 and B1 are very important. However, you need to take enough of them to see a benefit. Are you B12 deficient? Sometimes, supplementing with B12 makes a difference in mood. Magnesium, calcium, zinc, selenium, vitamins C and E, they're all good for mood problems.
