Hi Glydin,
I've been having a lot of skin breakouts lately, too, but I figured that was from all the very hot, humid weather. When I sweat a lot, I tend to break out more. I don't know whether fish oil has made my skin worse. It has definitely NOT made it better.
I have also had some bad experiences with alternative meds that were as bas as, or worse than, some of the side effects I've had from traditional meds.
Like you, I keep looking and hoping for something that will help, but I am much more cynical than I used to be.
