I never thought I would let myself be hospitalized, but like I said earlier, it was the best thing at the time. I learned that most people respond pretty well to someone seeking help for themselves. I got a lot of inquiries after about 'how did you feel?' or 'how did you know that you needed help?' These were from people who saw themselves not far from where I was. There but for the grace of God go I, sort of thing. For the odd one who now sits at the other end of the lunchroom from me - F . .. them. I just move and sit right next to them.Greg
