If your p-doc dumped you (and realistically I can understand her upset. Think about it, how it impacted her to get that picture over email) maybe now you can afford to see the DBT therapist. I would urge you to call him. DBT therapists are hard to find and do amazingly effective work with people who self harm and lose emotional control I have benefited enormously from DBT.
