Did she give you any referrals to a new psychiatrist? If so, it might be a good idea to call them. And the ER might not be such a bad idea either. You need to be stable enough to help yourself.
I understand the impulses behind your actions. I've certainly had them myself. But I think maybe you should give some more thought to DBT. Pragmatically speaking, it doesn't always serve your best interests to act on your impulses.
You wanted to communicate with your psychiatrist. She received your communication, but I'm guessing she didn't hear your intended meaning or react in the way you'd like. When an experience is awful in every way, it can at least be the opportunity for learning something. When you're feeling better, you might want to think of your goals, and consider whether there might - pragmatically speaking - be more efficient ways to reach them.
