Hi, Spriggy.

Thanks for your reply. My skin has been breaking out lately, too, but I figured that was from all the sweating I've been doing the last few weeks. The heat and humidity have been horrible.

One of many reasons I took fish oil was because of its alleged anti-inflammatory "benefits." I never noticed any anti-inflammatory effect; in fact, I think my joint pain is worse than ever.

As far as fish oil's touted anti-anxiety effects, like you, I didn't notice them, and on some days, the fish oil seems to aggravate my anxiety.

If you saw my vitamin and supplement cabinet in my kitchen, you'd think I was about to open a health food store. What a waste! I've spent so much money on every imaginable magic pill and potion. The ONLY one that has been a great help to me is Magnesium, either Magnesium glycinate or magnesium citrate. So, I take the Magnesium at night and I take a multi-vitamin pill and extra-vitamin C. Several days a week, I add some nutritional yeast to a milk/protein shake. Other than that, I'm giving up on "alternative" strategies for now. I wish I could get back all the money I've spent on this stuff.
