Maybe I didn't take it long enough but I was on it for 2 months and the only thing I noticed was horrible acne breakouts and more nervous energy (which I have enough of anyway).
My main problem is not depression, it is anxiety though. So it didn't do a thing for my anxiety, and actually, sometimes I felt it made my anxiety worse.
I was taking it for the health benefits and for the anti inflammatory effects. I quit it 10 days ago. My skin has cleared up by the way.
