Dear Emme,
Thank you so much for checking. I've been feeling so disconnected and alone.
I'm not doing so well (posted below), but trying to get through. It's really difficult not to feel that I am abandon-able. That's what this means to me. I know it says more about him than me, but deep down it just feels like I'm unloveable, and leave-able. He certainly isn't fighting for me, that's for sure.
I'm really tired and it makes me more obsessive. I see my doctor next week, but there aren't too many things left to try at this point. Last week I tried Paxil XR, but I had so many nightmares...my *cat* started having nightmares sleeping next to me! Really--she would be fast asleep and jolt awake crying so plaintively until I petted her and she went back to sleep.
Anyway, thank you again for checking in. How are things going with you? Kara
