thanks for the words of encouragement. when i got into this therapy stuff i never imagined it would be this complex! i do have one more appointment with my old therapist next week (for "closure") as well as an appt. with one of the folks my therapist referenced. i go through a lot of anguish around therapy too. the first time i did it, i spent the whole 3 months trying to convince both my therapist and i that i didn't need therapy! needless to say, we never got very far.anyway, i do know some people who are completely clear when they are "done" with therapy. maybe some of us never reach that level of clarity - but it sounds like you have a lot of clarity on the process. and sometimes i think for me the process is what its really about.
