Hey Poet,
Just wanted to throw in my 2 cents about terminating therapy. Relationships with therapists are unique in that they are the only relationship in your life, where the goal of the relationship is to terminate the relationship. In other words, the two of you want to work together, share extremely private, personal, and sensitive information, and the goal is not to become closer to one another, but for the client to move away from the therapist, to become more self-reliant. This is kinda against our own human nature. So take heart, termination of therapy is hard, wierd, distressing, etc. and your not alone.
