I'm so very sorry for both of your losses. It totally sucks to lose a parent - let alone both of them!

Since you are in the business.....

Ya know, it's OK to be needy. It's ok to maybe be a client sometimes. Maybe - consider contacting your local Hospice and see if they have a group you could attend for a while?

And if your rational side refuses, tell it that losing 2 parents so close together qualifies for "complicated grief" for which, of course you know, grief counseling is recommended!
