Have you considered Magnesium glycinate with B6 and C for anxiety, I found it helpful, noticely helpful. Some things I take because it's part of my recipe but on there own I can't say they are helpful but some things I notice that when I run out I get increase in anxiety and depression. NAC and Magnesium definately help, I think D3 5,000iu is helping to. I take zinc too, I think I forgot to list it. I'm targeting anxiety and ADHD more then depression. I don't use herbals for a lot of reasons that add up to fear of unknown cross interactions.
