here's my recipe
NAC 1g 2xday
B complex (bio active) just started this one
niacin flush free 500mg
Magnesium glycinate 400mg ( with C B complex)
C 1,000mg
D3 5,000iu
selenium 220 mcg
zinc 50
meltonin 10-20 mg at night
B12 shots
folic acid 2,400mcgI'm looking for a multi mineral so I can cut out the selenium and zinc and have less bottles and I've overlooked vitimin E. Do I really need the niacin? I don't know. folic acid is high too.
