I don't know enough about supplements to say whether you need something or not. I will say that I've found niacinamide--the flush-free, non-cholesterol lowering form on niacin--to be quite helpful in reducing anxiety/agitation. I take 3 grams daily. It also helps my skin (I have rosacea).
