I would be curous to see what would happen if you just took 1000 mg of vitamin C, and 200 i.u. of vitamin E. Are you getting the mixed tocopherols? If not, you are probably going to do some damage. You may do damage down the road just taking such a high amount. Do you really think these doses are making a difference in the way you feel?
Which supps did you cut out?
Ever though about doing a little lithium orotate once or twice a day?
