OK. I decided to cut some completely, cut others back, and bump up others. Here goes...
10 grams vitamin C
1600 IU natural vitamin E
200 micrograms selenium
30mgs zinc
100mgs soy extract (hair loss...sucks)
2 grams taurine (down from 6)
3 grams niacinamide
1 b-100, time-release (down from 2, instant release)
1 gram green tea extract (standardized to 70% polyphenols; down from 3 grams)I feel good. I read that vitamin C helps everything, including boosting glutathione levels. That being the case, I got rid of the NAC and just ramped up the vitamin C. I'm considering alpha lipoic acid, but it makes my stomach hurt. No more melatonin, not even just as-needed; makes me feel weird the next day.
