don't think GABA crosses the blood brain barrier, phenylanine is a GABA precurser that does cross. It didn't have much luck with it. I had good luck with Shiff melitonin plus theanine. Helps me fall asleep but doesn't affect the quality of my sleep.
Anyone have luck with zinc for ADHD/anxiety?
Someone posted a very interesting link that seperated ADHD into types and zinc deficienties were listed as a common occurence in ADD. It seemed to align with the theory of leaky gut syndrom. Does anyone believe in this leaky gut idea? ADD/ADHD autisim are common in permature births and the food coloring and perservatives have some role. I've always had gut problems and was premature. Has anyone ever heard of this leaky gut idea?
