I just found and read through the whole ordeal (which I likely should've done before I posted on the subject!).
Anyway, I apologize for questioning the deputy's authority (GG). I realize this was a tough call and after reading through the whole thing, I understand a bit more why this happened.
I did not see the PBC originally (or the response to the PBC).
I will remove myself from this "race that my dog ain't runnin' in" (my father's version to me of "mind your own business!).
