I was preparing for a very, very high stress job interview, as a clinical addictions and mental health supervisor, and it helped me retain TONS of very complex information. Still gotta find out if I got the job, but regardless, it gave me confidence I did not realize I had. I applied tons of textbook theory to real life situations...so...best to say, I am praying..lol.

Not to spoil the Mg party, but... I used to drink a lot of magnesium because I liked the taste of the effervescent tablets. Once I drank too much and I felt weird. Maybe my taste became odd, I don't remember. I then drank some calcium (not as tasty) and I felt better. Maybe it balanced things out again.

With some of these (chemical) elements you can upset your electrolyte balance, and if the imbalance is severe enough, it could result in death.

It may be possible to use blood tests to see which electrolytes you are low (or high) on.
