I was preparing for a very, very high stress job interview, as a clinical addictions and mental health supervisor, and it helped me retain TONS of very complex information. Still gotta find out if I got the job, but regardless, it gave me confidence I did not realize I had. I applied tons of textbook theory to real life situations...so...best to say, I am praying..lol.
