Have you tried leaving on a dimmed light (like a night light)?
I see things which are not there and I also have night terrors. Leaving a light on very low helps for some reason. I still have night terrors but I can calm down much quicker afterwards. With the hallucinations, I think having the light on helps the brain process things much quicker. I don't know. But it helps.
