Really.
How about:
1) Because I am fairly adaptable and flexable I liked the variety of filling in for different positions. It allowed me to learn a lot of skills and think about the sort of work that I would most like to do and the sort of work that is best suited to my skills / area of expertise.
2) I now think that I would really like to committ to (whatever you are applying for) full time because I have discovered that (whatever you are applying for) is best suited to my interests and expertise.
Too much?????????;-)
