<<< I've been doing international folk dances for most of my life and a couple of years ago, I was leading a Bulgarian Pravo, slow and sedate, and I jammed my foot on an uneven surface in such a way that it has been a struggle for the whole two years. Those seven little meta-tarsile bones had tore away from their foundations, and were only going back if stayed completley off my feet, period. Never happen. I'm a jogger and I play Tennis, but not for two years now. My butt feels flabby to me now.

<<< I toooo got a foot brace, but I wrapped it with extra Velcro strips and voila, a week later I was walking (with a severe limp)! I do hope your ankle is only a two or three month ordeal. the last two years really have sucked for me. Dancing is my passion-passtime and I miss the showing-off I do ('cause I'm good at it!)

Yours, limpingly, Rod
