you are not alone. i suffer from the same things and i feel really strange cause none of my friends have the same disorder so i have learned to deal with it alone. if it wasnt for the support i find here i would feel really alone, but the people here are so wonderful and compasionate and know exatly what it is like.
i hope you find your way like so many of us are trying to.
