The s/e of going from 10 to 15 are not nearly as bad as just starting Lex.

How many mg are the Xanax pills. Maybe you could break one in half and just take half. Would you be more comfortable with this?

I don't see a problem with going to 15 and then to 20. If you think you need more than 10 and you are afraid to increase, try breaking a 10mg pill into 4 parts and start with 12.5mg (1 1/4 - 10mg pills).
