Hey guys,

thanks for the responses. Well right now I don't struggle that much. Just a little bit. I am studying and lifting weights mostly, so these are my goals. To get a bachelors degree and to build a powerful physique while getting the degree. And I am doing psychotherapy twice a week.

I will take a close at the books you recommended. I am unsure If I really lack discipline or if I am still somewhat depressed. Maybe both is true at the same time. I guess healthy people don't need as much discipline because their (brain)Chemistry is more aligned towards getting things done.

I get it done mostly, but I certainly could speed up my studying.
