There's one other thing I wanted to ask. You both suggested I should consider making some type of contact with my therapist to tell her I will be at my next appt, Are you saying then that you think she DOES notice if I'm missing for a couple weeks? Do you think most t's are made aware when they've had cancelations? I just figured she probably had no idea when people cancel because she's got so many patients.
