Is it awful to admit that I *like* that my therapist forgets what I've told him? Maybe at first it was annoying, but after all this time together it's a pretty handy trait. I can tell him something and it's like it's totally new and interesting to him. And I can compare his response to the last time I told him.

I also preface any remarks I make building on a previous session with a brief recap of that session so that he can either refresh his memory or fake it. I don't inquire too closely.
