I hate the notes too.. Really hate them but I have been in therapy so long that I no longer care if it is on paper.. I do hate it when he reads something I said though and I don't like it at all when he starts talking about what we talked about that last time I was there either.. He didn't used to take notes when I was around but the notes were there anyway.. He listened and then wrote the stuff down later. No, I don't like it but it is reality.. They can't remember everything you ever told them without looking it up..
