I'm sorry you had such a terrible experience with your therapist (esp. a schema therapist) that's really awful but usually the people trained in it are pretty good. Here's the link to the book gazo's excerpt is from "Schema Therapy" and "Reinventing Your Life" I've read RYL, it's good although it's a quite the Oprah title. I mean, how much more dramatic best-seller could they name it.
