hi gazo...sori i cant give much at the mo, as im hurting so badly today. However i read ur post wi interest as ive been doing schema for 4 yrs... with no diagnosis whatsoever...weird i know but she (my t) never labeled me wi anything... Still I have been doing this work supposedly...but we went way off the rails and it's all been f8cked up as u may know if u read my posts lately...so i wont bore u wi any of that.. I simply have a question relating to the www. link that you give...as i have just finished reading it (62 pages) and wonder if you know the exact book it is from as it appears to be an extract of chapter one... I appreciate it is a book for therapist in training and therefore those are usually far biger, and more expensive books. I just wanted to try to find out the authors anme and if at all the title of the book...

ps dont let wot i said put u off...i think its a great therapy if donr correctly...sadly i fell in love and she was unable to process my emotional shcemas and its alla mess now ... i have to stop there or i will say somehting ot fitting for this thread...

pps. sori ive not been intouch b4 now...im just in way too much pain to be able to help anyone >

sorry as u seem really nice and id like to have been more of a poster and help...but i cant hardlt think straight anymore ...my emotions are so shot to pieces....

still here i am reading scema focused therapy...and trying to find out more and what should have happened instead of the sh*t that did between her and me...

on a positive note - when i went to therpay 4 yrs ago she asked me to buy the book called 'Reinventing your life'..its by Young.

easy to find on amazon and designed for the lay person and therapist alike... I got a small paper back copy...just a pity we never stuck to it instead of getting embroiled in her... and she did sweet f*ck all to stop me getting embroiled ... whoops wrong post... sorry!!! so sorry everyone for this am a heap of garbage today.. sg
