Love it, love it. Had a counsellor who practiced it, however can't find a schema therapist here in Ontario. I know there is a wonderful one in Quebec. I am not in Quebec unfortunately. If you know where there are any others in canada pls babble mail me!
It's not "just" for personality disorders, I've never been diagnosed with one. It's for anyone really, who finds themselves in negative thought patterns and wants to break free. As well as the heavier stuff such as abuse, etc. it's all covered. It was originally designed for personality disorders, but has shown excellent results for a lot of other things too. I think you'll really like it as it concentrates on the relationship too between client and therapist.
