I think vasectomy is a great form of birth control, compared with the others.

I had mine done with a local anaesthetic and if it was being done again I would organise a narcotic for myself.
Some of the nerve pathways are unaffected my the local.
I got this super-creepy sensation that went up toward my shoulder.
