Vasectomy and dementia?

OK I realize it's just a single study, but it's still concerning.

It postulates that semen leaking into the blood could possibly trigger an antibody response which ultimately leads to death of neurons.

Would such sperm leakage be avoided in the band-type procedure (where the vas deferens is clamped)?

I also recall a few years ago talk about a testosterone patch for men's contraception. Has anyone heard anything about this? I guess the market is not that great?

So aside from condoms and vasectomy are there any other contraception options for men?

Thanks...Peace...Saturn.
