I've made the decision to really work on losing the weight I've managed to gain through stress eating. However, now that I've significantly cut my calories to a heathly number, I'm constantly hungry.
Any tips for dealing with this? I have enough trouble sleeping without hunger pains. During the day I can rely on drinking water but that doesn't work at night as I find myself waking up to use the bathroom.
