I looked into this product also and found that it is from an unstable source of L-methylfolate and by the time you take it, it will be similar to taking a sugar pill. I found Metafolin as a supplement on the internet, but it is in doses of .4 and .8mg. I'm taking 15mg of Deplin and it would be way too expensive to take that many supplements. Good new is that there is now a generic Deplin and my co-pay was $15 last time I filled it - way cheaper than any over the counter option I've found.
