alternative ssri?

Posted by qqqsimmons on September 12, 2006, at 15:07:06

is there any supplement that increases serotonin without increasing norepinephrine or dopamine? i believe st john's wort and fish oil can increase norepinephrine/dopamine...

i expect these other neurotransmitters are responsible for my sleep troubles, but i need something for depression. i guess i could see a doctor and try celexa or paxil again. i remember prozac as being quite stimulating.
