hi -
yes - lecithin does have quite a marked effect on me when I take it. I usually take 1 liquid cap of triple lecithin a day with my fish oil and it really seems to help my concentration in my tennis lessons.
Too much and it makes me depressed - but just one a day seems to help quite a bit.
I know many people who take nootropics also take lecithin with B5 and swear by it for mental alertness/calmness.
