I have also done some further reasearch and found a website that looks like it is NOT the "fish oil" that is so neccessary and beneficial for us it is the EPA and DHA that are the highest of importance in getting benefits to our bodies and brains and what not. I am going to post this link and you may have seen it before but I think it has a lot of merit.....it is -- www.n3inc.com and if you go to thier site and read it thouroghly it really makes sense! I don't think it is internet marketing hype and hope that I am not wrong but from what I read, I am going to pursue the product. Check it out and let me know what you think. Yes $$$ is a factor but I will spend what is neccessary to treat my illness. Also why do you recc. the 5000mg range
