It may well have this effect on the brain also.
Have you considered this supplement as a line of defense against (or to treat) brain inflammation, neurotoxicity etc.???
I used to take it on a consistent basis. Have not done so for at least 6 months. Am starting again today.
Amongst other attributes, it helps increase lean muscle growth, controls insulin pump, as well as being a powerful anti-oxidant.
Any experiences/thoughts?
