So sorry to hear about your trouble.

I found the following to be helpful: calcium 600 mg, magnesium 300 mg, a high content B complex, and various calming herbs like valerian root, kava kava, passionflower, hops, and others.

I hope that things turn out well, but whatever is going on try to be very gentle with yourself. Best wishes to you and yours.
