Yes, I agree..it just really bothers me to see a person get blocked even after they've indicated the thread has gone off topic, they are totally ignored, and then comes the knee jerk reaction and they are the ones who get blocked. I know the civility rules must be adhered to, but it doesn't quite seem fair.
Maybe a little blurb in the welcome part of each board about being careful not to hijack threads would help? Just a thought.
