Please forgive me. I meant no disrespect whatsoever to the deputies who issue the PBCs and blocks. They are just doing their jobs and following site rules. My apologies to the deputies if my post came across the wrong way. My issues are not with you. My sincerest apologies also for not changing the title of my post.
